1. Preparation of a 3D project

Whether a customer has a finished model or they have only a concept of the product, we shall assist from the very beginning of the road. We use technical software for displaying the 3D modeling (CAD 3D) and Computer Aided Manufacturing processes (CAM) on numerically controlled machines. Together with the customer we make decisions on how to finish the product (water paint and polyurethane, wood stain, oil laminate, satining, sliced veneer finish, pellet branding).

The project is being consulted, developed and improved until we receive a perfect solution. We believe that the best ideas are created as a result of synergies, therefore the top priorities for us are clear communication, effective cooperation and involvement.

2. Viability analysis

The next step includes the analysis of the viability of the project. Our Technological Department together with Tech Laboratory take part in this very important matter. A positive assessment review of design documentation serves as a green light for drawing up technical-qualitative specifications i.e. an identification of key parameters in endurance and quality.

3. Development of production technology

Having a complete project design, the Technological Department develops production technology, i.e. describes methods, tools and instruments necessary for the product. At this stage, we are working closely with the designer or even the customer’s Technical Department in order to refine the details of the project.

4. Assembling the design and technology documentation

“The departments of Construction and Technology prepare a full product documentation, they design forms, tools and software required for the CNC processing.”

5. Preparation of quality analysis

On the basis of the technical documentation and the Quality Assurance Department prepares the development of control guidelines and specify instruments together with measurement methods. We carry out a Risk Analysis of the products’ quality, starting from the documentation by gearing, templates, forms, technology and materials used for the production.

6. Preparation of production

Afterward, a proper department prepares specific forms, depending on the construction and technological documentation. Then, the Technological Department develops all instruments and additional materials needed to complete the project.

7. Prototyping and quality control

The Production Preparation Department creates a prototype, closely simulating the full functional and aesthetic range of product. So we are able to determine the assumptions of a given design, finishing quality and strength in accordance with the developed quality control strategy as well as to ensure that the product meets the expectations of the client.
In the event of any inconsistency, we analyze the causes and we implement every possible amendments in the relevant process sectors until satisfactory results.

8. Implementation to series production

Our machinery park is a comprehensive production center with the highest class instrumentation. Before we start a work in the finished material, first we select and prepare a raw material (steam pits, veneering line, drier).

Our eco-boiler rooms equipped with air filters and systems responsible for CO2 and oxygen measurement maintain a constant temperature at 900 degrees on the hearth, all that make us environmentally friendly. Owing to the electronic control we are certain of the stability of the wood brewing process, drying and bonding on presses. With a total number 20 of these, we can apply both water and high frequencies in their work. Four 5-axial, numerically controlled Pade Spin machining centers are prepared for the most complex profiles and allow us to receive the 100-percent repeatability of the product. Sanding sliced veneers even as thin as 0.6 mm is a breeze with our wide belt polisher. Advanced technology in the hands of talented craftsmen and enthusiasts is the point where the impossible becomes possible.

9. Personalized finishing of products

The process of deployment is closed with the individualization within which we offer the opportunity to finish the product in accordance with the client’s preferences. This includes a selection between: aqueous and polyurethane paint, wood stains, oils, laminates, patination, veneers and marking technology. This stage also includes the decision concerning the product’s development e.g. through creating another version of the product while using the same equipment or the creation of a whole product family.
